1) I WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER. HOW DO I DO THIS?
- Select your products and add them to your cart.
- Click “Proceed to Checkout.”
- Fill out the required details and confirm your order.
- You’ll receive a confirmation and order ID.

3) WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost depends on weight, volume, and location. Charges are shown during checkout.
4) CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER HAVING PLACED MY ORDER?
Call or WhatsApp us at 0300-9077745 before 5PM the same day to make changes. Once shipped, changes cannot be made.
5) IS THERE ANY REFUND/REPLACE POLICY?
We don’t offer refunds. Defective items must be reported within 1 day of delivery. We ensure all products are checked before shipment.
6) ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER, CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES?
Your order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. To make changes, contact us before 5PM the same day.
7) HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Cash on Delivery.
8) IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
No minimum order value required.
